Inclusion Parksville strives to provide quality, person-centred services and your feedback plays an important part in us achieving this goal.
All individuals that access Inclusion Parksville have the right to be heard and speak up for themselves if they have a complaint. Inclusion Parksville takes all complaints seriously and we will do all we can to resolve a complaint as quickly as possible.

If you have a complaint or compliment regarding programming or a program staff member
Please fill out our complaints, compliments and concerns for program staff member form. The Programs Manager will receive the form.
If you have a complaint or compliment regarding a leadership team staff member
Please fill out our complaints, compliments and concerns for leadership team staff member form. The Chief Executive Officer will receive the form.
If you have a complaint or compliment regarding the CEO
