Parksville Inclusion Programs

Fostering Inclusion

Inclusion Parksville supports individuals with diverse abilities through innovative programs, person-centered planning and advocacy, to enhance the lives of all people in the community.

Our Programs

Fostering Community Inclusion

At Inclusion Parksville we provide support to adults with diverse disabilities who are eligible for Community Living British Columbia (CLBC) services. Our range of programs and person-centered services ensure that there is a place for everyone to participate and feel included in our community. We offer group programs as well as programs that offer one-to-one services. In all programs, participants are supported to set and achieve goals.

Employment Program

Inclusion Parksville Employment Services empowers adults with diverse disabilities (diversabilities) to gain and maintain successful employment within the Oceanside Area and supports employers to diversify their recruitment approach and work towards an inclusive work environment.

PSI (Personal Supports Initiatives)

Personalized Supports Initiative (PSI) provides individualized and personal support to participants based on a participant’s needs. The support provided is flexible and is offered at Inclusion Parksville, within a participant’s home, or within the community.

Thrive

The Thrive Program offers support to adults that are at different stages in their life journey. The program supports young high school graduates seeking independence, individuals wishing to increase personal independence, and fully independent adults that access the Thrive Program for support as required.

Discovery Day Program

In the Discovery Program participants can develop skills within their peer groups and discover more about their personal abilities.

Oceanside Day Program

At the Oceanside Day Program (ODP), participants are supported to engage in a variety of group activities based on personal choice.
